All terms refers to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
By using the Tower Utility website or call centre you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not use the Tower Utility website or call centre.
1. This Agreement is made between you the customer (‘Customer') and Tower Utility registered in the UK having its registered office at Angel House, Second Floor, 225 Marsh Wall, Isle of Dogs London, E14 9FW
2. In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:"Internet" means the global data network comprising interconnected networks using the TCP/IP ("Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol"); "Law" means any law, statute or regulation, guideline or code of conduct (whether or not having the force of law) in any jurisdiction to which Towerutility.co.uk or the Customer is from time to time subject; "Save-a-Search" means the service that the Customer may register to receive on the Towerutility.co.uk website, which is designed to enable the Customer to, amongst other things, save the searches that the Customer conducts through the site; "Service" means the service provided by Towerutility.co.uk via the Towerutility.co.uk website or call centre whereby the Customer may obtain impartial information on the Suppliers and the services and products they offer and, potentially transact with the Suppliers for the provision of those services and/or products; "Software" means any proprietary software utilised by Towerutility.co.uk to enable the Customer to use the Service; "Supplier" means any supplier of services, products and/or goods selected by Towerutility.co.uk from time to time and who is listed on the Towerutility.co.uk website
3. Towerutility.co.uk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms will be posted on-line. The Customer may terminate the Agreement by written notice to Towerutility.co.uk if the Customer does not wish to be bound by such new terms and conditions. Continued use of the Service or the Towerutility.co.uk website will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than Tower Utility's supplier(s) and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client's with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We shall not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
1. Use of the Towerutility.co.uk website is currently free. However, Towerutility.co.uk reserves the right to charge the Customer for certain services or impose charges for use of services that were free. The Customer will be clearly notified of any applicable charges before any such services can be selected or before any charges are levied.
2. The Customer shall be responsible for transmitting all payments due to Suppliers on the terms agreed with the relevant Supplier and Towerutility.co.uk shall have no responsibility for transmission of payments to a Supplier.
3. Certain Suppliers will require details of the Customer's credit or debit card and the Customer hereby agrees to provide such details to Towerutility.co.uk where necessary and to the forwarding of such details by Towerutility.co.uk to the relevant Supplier.

1. Towerutility.co.uk will inform the Customer of any applicable terms and conditions imposed by a Supplier, in relation to the supply of its services, products and/or goods and the Customer agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
2. The customers will need to answer a number of questions on this website in order to obtain a quote. These cover the set of questions needed by all the suppliers, whose details appear on this website. The level of cover and the amount you will pay will be determined by the answers you provide to these questions and therefore you should answer all questions to the best of your knowledge and belief. If you fail to provide all the necessary information requested it may lead to you having no contract or paying an additional premium.
3. The Customer warrants that all information provided on registration and during the course of this Agreement is true, complete and accurate and that the Customer shall promptly inform Towerutility.co.uk of any changes to such information.4. Any password allocated to or created by the Customer to enable the Customer to use the Services shall be kept confidential by the Customer and the Customer shall immediately notify Towerutility.co.uk if any authorised third party becomes aware of that password. The Customer agrees that any person to whom its user name or password is disclosed is authorised to act as the Customer's agent for the purposes of transacting via the Service. The Customer shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to its account via any computer the Customer uses to access its account.
1. Towerutility.co.uk shall be entitled to suspend the Services and/or terminate this Agreement if: (i) the Customer commits a breach, which is serious enough to merit immediate termination; or(ii) the Customer commits any breach of these terms and in the case of a breach which is capable of remedy, fails to remedy the same within 7 days after receipt of a notice giving particulars of the breach requiring it to be remedied; or(iii) Towerutility.co.uk suspects on reasonable grounds that the Customer may have committed or be committing any fraud against Towerutility.co.uk or any Supplier.
2. The right to terminate this Agreement shall not prejudice any other right or remedy of Towerutility.co.uk in respect of any breach or any rights, obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination.

The Customer shall compensate Towerutility.co.uk in full for each loss, liability or cost incurred by Towerutility.co.uk arising out of: any claims or legal proceedings arising from the Customer's use of the Services or use of the Services through the Customer's password which are brought or threatened against Towerutility.co.uk by any other person
2. Any breach of this Agreement by the Customer.
1. We do not control the price, length of offers, or special conditions relating to price comparison quotes. These are set by energy providers. Product and service providers' prices, rates and offer times are updated and amended on a regular basis so our price comparisons are subject to change.
2. You should receive the results of our price comparison technology online. However, at certain times some or all online quotes may not be available to you due to problems with third party websites or the worldwide web.
3. Towerutility.co.uk will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that information provided to it by Suppliers is accurate but Towerutility.co.uk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality or suitability for the Customer's needs of any information which is provided to the Customer by any Supplier and/or is accessed or obtained by the Customer via the Towerutility.co.uk website, the Towerutility.co.uk call centre or otherwise through using the Service.
4. You agree that Towerutility.co.uk will not be liable for any loss, claim or damage (whether direct or indirect) which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) any use of the Service, the Towerutility.co.uk website or its contents; (ii) any failure or delay in any component of the Towerutility.co.uk website, the provision of the Service or the provision by any supplier of its goods, products or services to the Customer (including, without limitation, where the Customer has a delayed or failed switch from its current energy supplier to a Supplier and/or the Customer is unable to obtain the cash-back, voucher, reduced price tariff or other reward or incentive which he or she may have otherwise been entitled to from a Supplier were it not for the failure or delay); (iii) any use of or reliance upon any information, material, software, products or services obtained through the Towerutility.co.uk website, the Towerutility.co.uk call centre or otherwise through using the Service (including, without limitation, any information, material, software, products or services of any Suppliers); or (iv) any transaction or agreement between the Customer and any Supplier or any attempt to enter into a transaction or an agreement with any Supplier, in all cases even if Towerutility.co.uk has been forewarned of the possibility of such loss or damage.
We do not accept any liability for errors or omissions relating to information contained within this site. We reserve the right to change the site at any time.
