You will be able to download self-billing commission reports from our online portal. Payment terms vary from supplier to supplier, some pay up front, whereas some pay monthly in arrears. It’s very simple, once we receive commission from the supplier it will then be released to you, - the sub-broker

The TU portal is free to use.

We only ever charge our brokers a percentage of their total commission earned on each contract placed through Tower Utility.

You are welcome to use any direct agreements with suppliers that you already have.

We are simply here to expand your supplier portfolio and provide more options for you and your client.

For bespoke pricing, turnaround times vary from supplier to supplier.

Your account manager will be able to provide a rough timescale at the time of tender submission.

It is an industry requirement that all brokers who work with microbusinesses are registered to the Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme.

The ADR scheme also helps us to ensure that all our brokers are compliant.
