A letter of Authority is basically a glorified permission slip signed by the client which gives the broker / consultant authority to discuss matters regarding the supply of gas / electricity and request information etc. This does NOT give us permission to make any agreements on your behalf

Agreeing your contract through Tower Utility means that we can assist you with invoice validation, as well as managing your accounts with suppliers and chasing them for you, when necessary, (the extra support & peace of mind that your supplier cannot provide!)

All the information we require to provide a quotation can be found on a copy of a recent gas / electricity invoice. You can send this over via email to broker@towerutility.co.uk

We will analyse your invoice to gain a better understanding of your usage and current contractual terms (if any).

From here we will use our industry knowledge and price comparison tools to provide you with the most competitive quotes for your new contract

Tower Utility can usually price up to a year ahead of your contract end date. However, this will vary from supplier to supplier.

Once we provide you with a quotation, we will send you regular market updates. This will give you the power to decide the best time for your business to agree new gas / electricity rates.

Should you agree your contract through Tower Utility, we will send you regular renewal offers so you can lock in prices for your next contract when the market is at its lower points!
